International - Terms And Conditions of kakatiya holidays

•    Standard check in time is at 1500 hours & check out time is 1200 hours
•    Please ensure Passport must valid for 6 months to the date of completion of
travel.
•    The above mentioned itinerary is a tentative Itinerary the final Itinerary will
be provided two days before travel date.
•    Please note that our company is not holding any airline seats or Hotel Room and are purely subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
•    Guests must strictly follow the scheduled timetable to cover the sightseeing.
•    Any delays caused by guests our company shall not be responsible.
•    The price is inclusive and based on current taxes and levies in force. Any
variance in the price would be discussed and the supporting will be submitted
for the same.
•    We are not responsible for room cancellation for the cancellation of flight/ferry.
•    The cancellation charges for hotel booking will be as per the Hotels cancellation policy and Flight refund depends on Airlines policy
•    All services of the tour including changes in the schedule of the mode of travel, may have an impact on the tour itineraries and the company reserves the right to change/modify/vary/alter the tour itinerary and/or tour tariff accordingly.
•    The company will not be responsible for ensuring the safety of guest’s personal belongings, travel documents, passports etc prior/during/after the trip.
•    Grant of VISA depends solely on the discretion of the country’s Immigration /consulate authority; hence our company is not responsible for non-grant of VISA to any traveller.
•    Our company will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature. All passengers must be covered by suitable travel/health insurance prior to departure from the country of origin.
•    Airfare and taxes are applicable as per the time of the travel.

Note:
1.    The company reserves the right for variation / modification/ amendments/alteration & or cancellations etc of any tour prior to departure without assigning any reason. In such cases, the entire amount paid by the tourist shall be returned by the company by A/C Payee; Cheque against production of original receipt issued by us, in Indian rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve bank of India rules and regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency and no additional compensation will be applicable whatsoever.

2.    Sometimes the flight of Tourist or Trains gets delayed or Cancelled due to some reasons which is not in our hand. In such cases we cannot reschedule the package nor we can cancel the package as it’s a last moment situation. Although our management will try to help you out but Tourist cannot demand for full refund or change in itinerary or the tour schedule.

3.    Passenger must check the Names and other details mentioned on the tickets issued by the company on the same day. No changes will be entertained after the 24 hrs of issuance of the ticket, he or she will be responsible for that after 24 hrs.

4.    No refund will be payable for any missed/ or unused services of the tour including  the meals due to whatsoever reason.
